Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Multi Location - Item Receipt / Billing Error
Our account was upgraded on 10/22/2007 to 2007.1. Since that date we have been experiencing an issue when receiving items (Item Receipt) that are not inventory items (non-inventory, service) or entering a billl against a purchase order for the same type of items.
The error that is generated is:
"The following items have not been distributed as of the date of this transaction. Consequently any locations associated with these items will be erased when the transaction is saved."
The specific items codes are listed below this message. All of them are either a non-inventory or service item code. We have been using multi location inventory for a year and a half and have never seen this message. Why would I receive this type of error for non-inventory items? It doesn't appear to have any negative impact other than the warning message on the item receipt and billing forms.
