DashBoard Problem

Hi guys,

I created two shortcuts links with "Open in New Window" check option, and i published the dashboard for corresponding role, but its not reflecting to others with the "Open in New Window" check option, bcoz i want to open it in new window.

Plz suggest me how to do this.
