Cannot Export Reports

Hi,

I am unable to export reports to Excel or CSV. The File Download dialog just sits there with the piece of paper flying from the planet to the folder. I have a feeling my internet security (NIS 2008) is working too hard. Anyone have any ideas on what I need to turn off to get this to work?
