Fulfilling Sales Orders return unexpected error - Help!
Hi,
We are unable to fulfill most of our sales orders. We have called twice today to support, because our business is on almost full stop. Support have logged a case, and told us that there is no workaround, we have to be patient....??
Anybody who have workaround suggestions, or who have tried this before? Funny enough, we can fulfill about 20% of our orders...? Am I the only one with this problem today?
Any workaround suggestions or anything would be highly appreciated, so that we can ship orders again and send invoices to our customers....
