Setup>Company>Company Information>Company Name Issue
I really hope we aren't the only ones with this defect!!! To make matters worse, I can't even locate this defect in NetSuite Support Center...
Case #633831 - Defect #133376 The campaign email is printing company name twice.
Under Setup>Company>Company Information, we initially had issues with our company name displaying twice in our unsubscribe message on email campaigns. I called support and they had me remove our company name from the "Address" field in Company Information. This fixed the problem.
Today, we generate an invoice and our company name does not display on the invoice. I go into Company Information and add our company name in the "Address" field and viola, the invoice is fixed BUT THE UNSUBSCRIBE MESSAGE IS BACK TO DISPLAYING VERIFIED CREDENTIALS, INC. TWICE.
