CSV import, notes - what am I missing?
Hi,
I'm attempting to import notes to various leads and customers in the file. I receive the message "Invalid activity reference key account".
I'm mapping the customerid & name as the account.
Can anyone tell me or point me in the right direction of what fields notes require to import? I have been attempting to guess the right combination of field names and data for two days now, without much luck.
I'm attempting to use the combination of company name, date, type (note), title and comments (memo) in the import field. the import wizard isn't telling me specifically what fields are required, so I'm using basically what displays on the screen, plus what seems like a logical link to an entity record.
