Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Broken Matrix Items! Wasted Time!
I created 4 matrix items today. Each matrix item had about 40 child items and each child item needed special tweaking. The whole process took about 6 hours.
After completing, I now find that two of the items no longer work. One item has zero cost and zero description when you add it to the cart. One item says "those options aren't available" regardless of what you pick.
The broken items are set up just like the other two (and the other two work).
I have had these problems in the past and the ONLY solution (that I know of) is to delete them and start over. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!!! This bug has been in NS ever since we have (3+ years). I reported them in the past, but nothing ever happened, so now I just don't even bother. What a PAIN ....and when using the most expensive web-store that I know of ...that makes it even more frustrating.
