Scripts Languishing In Queue

Hi All,

We executed a server suitescript 2 hours ago that normally goes "In Progress" after a matter of minutes, however, this evening it's still "In Queue."

Anyone else running into long script queues?

Can Netsuite report on reasons for the delay and if so, what is the expected wait time?
