sales order date issue
Hello!
Take this example. A customer comes to our store and makes a purchase at 12:43am on the morning of 11/16. This would be AFTER the night of 11/15.
In netsuite, a sales order is created. In the "system notes" section, we see the many entires that constitue the creation of the sales order by the customer; all of them are dated 11/16/2007 12:43a.
Yet, the actual date on the very top of this sales order, says 11/15. Why is this happening??? How can we correct this??? It affects our record keeping when we pull a report of all orders placed on 11/16. This order is not included!!!
