Defect 133384: UPS Label Reference for Order Number is Wrong
Hello All,
I must ask for immediate assistance to get this fix processed as quickly as possible. Currently, since we use the pick, pack, ship and have the order number automatically populate on the UPS ship label, the item fulfillment number is used if the item reference number is generated. If you go directly to ship and the item fulfillment # is yet to be created it will use the sales order number correctly. We are heading towards the busiest time of the year for us and it will be almost impossible to match packed boxes that have the sales number posted
