Campaigns not deploying (Case Started)
Just wanted to see if I can get any help here before I call support in the morning. I started a case on 11/7 (Case 641962) The status was changed to In Progress yesterday, but no comments or calls were made about it.
We tried to send a test campaign internally the end of Oct. The status says sent, but we never received it. We could send and receive if only one email address was attempted, but not 2 or more. I reviewed and followed a few threads that others had posted at the time about the problems with campaigns successfully sending, and after never seeing a final fix or answer, I started my case. We successfully sent out a few campaigns early in Oct. so..... any have any idea what the issue could be?? Or (someone from NS) what is detailed
