Has anyone ever created a new item that you couldn't save because NS kept showing this message when you click "save"...

I am getting that message right now and I have tried everything, but I can't get around it.  No "quantity levels" are missing!!  What is it talking about? I guess I'll start over.  The item that is giving me the problem is an item that was created using the "Make Copy" button on an existing item.  Maybe that is contributing to the error.

Anyone found a work-around?
