Main address field not updating
Hi there,
Quite new to NS and momentarily stuck...
I am trying to print mailing labels to approx 2000 contacts. The vast majority of the contacts had been imported into the system.
When printing the labels they come out without the Contact name and Company name (custom field). Here are the steps I have taken to try and solve the problem thus far:
1. I have checked all the setting that other posts have suggested (show addressee and attention, etc.)
2. I double-checked that the attention field was correct and noticed that we had not mapped that field correctly - to solve this I exported the records and re-imported them with the correct mapping - so that attention field got updated.
