Problems starting up Credit Card processing
We just turned on credit card processing through CyberSource, and we can't seem to make it work. It worked fine when we had the "Test" box checked, but once I removed that check box, we get an error message whenever we try to process a credit card. The message says "An unexpected error occurred while processing the credit card through CyberSource (reason code = 150). Please contact NetSuite support.
I did contact NetSuite support and they did file a Case # 648438 and Defect # 135542, but now what? Other issues I've opened with NetSuite have not been addressed for months. I have Silver Support and need help ASAP. Does anyone have any thoughts as to what the problem may be, or what I can do to get help quickly?
