Lost a New Window Function....

Hi! I'm having a little problem with Netsuite...

After a sales order has been fulfilled and has become an invoice, my accounting department usually clicks "Save and Print". Now, instead of opening a separate window or tab with the printable version of the invoice, the printable version opens in the main window, leaving my users with no Netsuite navigation. Their tendency (since they've been trained to expect these invoices to open in a new window) is to close their browser window. This logs them out of Netsuite, and they now have to log into Netsuite again. Needless to say, they are getting frustrated with the experience.
