We are officially down! Cannot place orders online or offline!
We are officially down as far as getting any new orders... items can be added into the cart online if you are willing to wait several minutes for each item to go in but then cannot be ordered because UPS real time rates are not working. In addition, when we try to calculate shipping through Netsuite the shipping comes back with a message of "License System Not Available". UPS says this is a Netsuite problem.
Of course, all I know is that we are officially shut down as far as getting new orders. This is not the way I had hoped to start the new year with Netsuite.
