Netsuite support - case management porblem

received email today from Netsuite support asking a question about a case.

The e-mail contained the question from the support rep only,  My initial case notes were not attached so I had no idea what problem reported.

there was a CLICK HERE to see the original case content.

So...I clicked here.

The case record was presented and in the process, logged me out of Netsuite.

There are no links at the Top of the explorer window to RETRUN TO PREVIOUS ROLE.

Hitting the back button of the browser does nothing....returns me to the same screen with the case. ( nice infinite loop.....)
