Sandbox is in Perpetual Maintenance
I requested to have our sandbox account refreshed nearly a month ago now. They said it could take 3-5 days. No Problem.
However, there is now problem in which our Sandbox is stuck in perpetual Maintenance for the last several weeks! We get a friendly red X and this message:
Scheduled Maintenance
Your sandbox account is currently being refreshed..
Please try logging in again after this scheduled maintenance is complete.
Do we get comped for the sandbox fees, and inability to do any development this is causing? I've called several times and never get any answers. Is there a direct line BESIDES support that can shed a bit of light on this?
