Why Does Credit Memo take stock
Hi
Can anyone please tell me why:
When you create a Credit Memo for a customer.
You can create by two means:
1. via returns authorization
2. by creating a new create memo directly
Scenario:
When you create a Credit Memo for a customer. via means 2
That it takes stock out off the system when the goods have, lets say been written off due to shipping damage and will not be returned?
Can the automatically taking of stock off the system be stopped when using means 2?
