How do I get Support to fix something which is broken?
Hi,
We were very happy when we realized that Netsuite finally made it posible to sort the picking tickets - (which is a normal standard with most ERP systems, but anyway). We have 4.500 different items in stock at 4.500 different locations, so sorting in correct location order is a must for us.
- only to realize that this feature is broken? We found out about this 3 months ago.
Since then I have posted in this forum: https://usergroup.netsuite.com/users/showthread.php?t=4303&page=7 - but with no response/solution?
I have also logged a case - and I have continuesly asked every week for an update on this case? With 0 response - other than standard emails, saying that "your case has been assigned to a particular QA who will perform the further investigation".
