email address in customer record
initially we had the wrong email address for a phone ordered customer. It was ***alt@gmail.com. The owner of that email address let us know someone was using his email addy and also reported us to NetSuite. Just now I changed the email addy to the corrected ***alp@gmail.com, on the customer record, Sales Order and Cash Sale. On the customer record I clicked "send subscription email" and in the little box it confirmed ***alp@gmail.com so I clicked send.
***alt@gmail.com emailed me immediately saying someone was again using his email.
Did NetSuite automatically send an email to the old email addy upon our changing it to the new addy? Or does it take a few minutes after a change for NetSuite to update???
