Case assignment only notifying owner of group, not whole group

Hello,

I have an online case form, and I have assigned any incoming cases to go to a group of two people. I would like for both of us to receive notification of any new cases in our e-mail boxes.

However, only I (the owner of the group) am receiving the email alerts, not the other person. I need to keep being the owner of the group, but I want the other person to be the main case rep -- i.e., she should be receiving the alerts also so she can handle the assignment first. I just want to receive the alerts since I am the backup.
