Fedex integrated shipping labels one per box.

Hello, I need some help setting up or tuning up the integrated shipping. We sell by the carton/case. And we just got a web order for two cartons and fedex only prints one shipping label. Both items description have the ship individually box.

Please help, how can we go about this?
