2008.1 Beta Site NOT Available
When I try to access http://beta.netsuite.com/ I get the following response:
The webpage cannot be found
HTTP 404
When I called the Beta support line to report this problem, the response was quite disturbing. The support rep could not seem to understand that the URL was NOT working, even though I repeated this to him 3 times. He kept asking what account I was trying to log in to. I explained 3 times that I never got to the point of logging in.
If the support rep can not understand something simple like "The URL is not working, and returns "The webpage cannot be found", how can he possiblly deal with much more complicated issues?
