Spamming our External Case Form

Since last week we have had someone (or some program) spamming our external case form. I have posted an example below.  Each of the hundred or so cases have different email addresses and all fill in required fields.  The cases land on our anonomous customer. On Monday morning about 70 happened within a minute.  Has anyone else had this problem.  Netsuite support says this is a new issue.  We unpublished the page with the form but that did not help.  We have now inactivated the form in the hope it will stop, but this can become a big problem if
