URGENT unable to enter time in cases

Case number 708308 has been opened.

When my technicians are entering support cases, there is no way for them to report time associated with these cases.

Everything was fine on Friday, so something happened over the weekend.

Nothing in that area was changed; I modified some invoice templates, but that's it.
