Customer Center - view transactions.....
There must be a button that I need to push or something somewhere to make the customer center work. Currently, if I log in as a customer, when I click on the hyper-links for billing, orders or support, the report brings back no data. Even on the "Quick View" at the right of the screen - it shows an amount on the "Outstanding Orders" field but when I click on that link, it shows nothing.
When I do a quick search on the left side then I can see lists of the transactions.
What am I doing wrong??
