Customer Center Alerts Not Working
We have an alert based on a saved search for our customer center: based on the criteria:
system note is not: Employee Name
Date: Today
This has stopped working since our upgrade. We use this to see if user's make changes to their account. This is important for what we do because customers often approve of work we do in their account. We have filed a case 704646. Anyone having the same problem or can suggest a workaround. Thanks.
