Netsuite Support no longer issuing Issue updates?
I haven't received an Issue update notification since I can't remember when. We have many, many Issues logged for our many different customers, keeping our internal tickets on standby until we get those Fix Release messages, at which point we confirm and notify our customers.
I haven't seen a fix in forever. This is a complete communication breakdown. What is going on? I am sure many issues are being fixed by the 2008.1 release, but if that is the case I still expect to see an Issue update notification saying "Fixed - SLT 2008.1 Release" or something like that. As it stands I'm going to have to spend many hours validating each of our issues one by one.
