Error: parent.PopupSearchitem is not a function - Help!!!!!

Can anyone take a look at this error I keep getting in the Customer Center. When ever I try to enter an Matrix Item to a sales order in the customer center it always come back with "No Match" even though I am absolutely positive that their is a match.  Ug...!

I have know Idea what is causing this but it is rendering our customer center useless.
