Memorized Transactions Not Working

We have had absolutely no real update on the cases we filed about memorized transactions not posting and the edit issues when the memorized transactions are tied to an account with a parent / child relationship.  I know I am not the only one who gets the TOP LEVEL error or CLOSED PERIOD error This has been a problem since the upgrade.  I have over 1000 memorized transactions that have not fired.  My business depends on being able to bill customers.  When I go to enter them in manually, the list says I am supposed to see 1-200 but only
