E-mail format

Something recently changed in our system to where now when we go in to a customer and try send an e-mail using a template, the template shows up in html code.  It makes it hard for our sales people to edit e-mails because most of them do not know anything about html code.

Also, I've noticed when I go in to edit an item, I no longer have the option to "view source" like I used to in the item details on the store tab where I could go back and forth to see what the html will look like.
