Critical PayPal integration error

Hi,

We have a problem in our web store resulting in customers trying to pay by Paypal and getting an error message. I've just submitted this as case no. 709088. Details are at the foot of this post.

I found a previous reference to this in the user group, which points to the following article: http://www.pdncommunity.com/blog/article?blog.id=mts_updates&message.id=170. The article says that the issue has been fixed, but clearly it hasn't.

Any help greatly appreciated.
