Problem viewing Customer Record and History Sub-lists
We are having a problem with loading Customer Records while using one specific role. This started happening at 11:00am CST today, and there have been no changes to the role, or to customer record forms or scripts. This is isolated to one role, for all users assigned to that role. We will type the Customer name into the "Global Search" field, select the name from the auto-drop down menu, and the an Error message is shown instead of the Customer's record. It is the standard "Unexpected Error has occurred, please contact support...". We have contacted support, but I haven't heard
