Setting Up Advanced Inventory Management

I am trying to setup advanced inventory management but, I can’t get past step one from Netsuite help. Step one reads:
Go to   >   >   Inventory Management Preferences.

What is > and >.

Doesn’t do me any good is I can’t get to the right place.
