***Renewing Invoices in Continuous Loop***

I cannot renew invoices (selecting 'renew' button).  When I do, the quote form opens and refreshes in a continuous loop.  I cannot edit it or do anything with it.  It happens in any account that I try.  What's the problem?  Did not have this issue prior to upgrade.
