Gift Certificates not working properly! Check yours!
All the gift certificates at: LISTS > ACCOUNTING > GIFT CERTIFICATES are messed up. They all show either $0.00 or a negative number. A customer called today and said they couldn't use their gift certificate. I checked their code (LISTS > ACCOUNTING > GIFT CERTIFICATES) and it says there was the sales order for $200 to buy the gift certificate, it was fulfilled, charged and deposited on 12/16/2007. There are no other transactions under that code that show it was used, so they should have $200 still remaining to be used, however it show's $0.00.
I tried to order something on my site using their codes and it says:
0
