Email Alerts - received about 1,000 of same one, and it flooded blackberries, etc
Several NS users, including those with Blackberries, just received (early Mon morning) about 1,000 email alerts of the exact same email alert. They should have only received it once, and it flooded their blackberries, and caused significant frustration and additional work. Plus they now don't want any NS email alerts, because they are nervous it will happen again.
In other words, they want to discontinue using this great feature in NS, because of this one significant issue. Has this happened to anyone else? Can NS advise if this was a one time glitch, or could it repeat?
