When Edit contact or lead - Email buttong working as fax
Hi,
When I click into edit a lead.. (befor the upgrade) Then I have allways edited there information then clicked on the email button to email them and I have then clicked templates and emailed them one of my templates.
This is now not working after the upgrade.
I go into a lead.. Click edit... edit there details.. then Click Email... and when I try to send them a template .. my templates are not there and I even if I select " new " it brings up " page not found "
The email box that comes up when I press email.. says at the top " FAX " So I take it something is wrong?
