Staying Connected During the Holidays

Web site check-out problems

Since last night around 5:30 pm Central, customers have been reporting encountering problems during check-out.  It's not everyone, but I can't find a trend yet. 

Both new and returning customers are reporting that the "continue" radio button does not work.  When they go down the line in the checkout window with  address, shipping information and the choose "Review and order", they keep getting an error of "Incomplete address", both for billing and shipping.
They try all possible ways but each time it ends up with incomplete address.

We tried with two test orders, but could not duplicate the problem. 

Would it have to do with NS communicating with the FedEx servers?  Maybe the FedEx servers have gone down?
