duplicate inventory number found on different lines of transaction
We are having a big problem - on purchase orders and on sales orders if we have the same inventory item on several lines it gives us this error: duplicate inventory number found on different lines of transaction - when we try and bill the PO or fulfill the SO.
This just started happening last week - never used to happen.
This is a really big problem because we sell a package of items that are a group and are priced as a group.
Then, the customer may buy an additional spare battery which is priced separately so it has to be on a separate line item.
