How do you feel about the amount of defects in NetSuite (old thread, new subject)

edited Dec 3, 2019 3:11PM in General 61 comments

The post that I originally started had a subject that came from the heart during a mini-breakdown triggered by the number if defects in NetSuite.  With that said it was a bit obnoxious...

The post was pulled because of the subject.

I'm recreating it with a different subject and also with the hopes that we can voice our "concern" about the number of defects in NetSuite.  Maybe if NetSuite sees 10, 30, 100 customers cast a vote for fixing all the bugs they will allocate additional resources to patching things up.

All software has bugs but I feel NetSuite has more than most and would like to see things stabilize.  There is also the issue of "defect" vs "enhancement" - For example: Not being able to display the amount a commission is based on commission reports is a defect yet is categorized as an enhancement (and an OLD one).  If you bough a car and there were no numbers on the speedometer I don't think anyone would consider it a "feature request".  That might be a bad example, but you know what I'm saying.
