No outlook integration on network?
We have successfully installed Netsuite for Outlook 1.0 on individual computers and laptops. However when we try to install it on computers that are on our Network it does not work. The install of the Netsuite for Outlook goes to the "finished" state. However when we open up Outlook it isn't there. Outlook is installed on each computer and Netsuite for Outlook is installed on each computer.
I filed case 726935, and was told it was not possible. Really??!!
Enhancement 100227 - Ability to use Outlook Integration for Network computers or Thin clients
I'm not an IT person but if outlook is installed on the computer and Netsuite for Outlook is installed shouldn't it work? They aren't using terminal services or anything, they basically just go to the server to retrieve email.
