"Invalid Password" ? but correct password was entered
Last week and moreso this week I have received a flurry of issues from users that upon login they receive an "Invalid password" message. The problem is--the are confident that the correct password was entered (these teams/individuals use NS all day each day). I would not have believed it--except I EXPERIENCED THE ISSUE ALSO! Multiple times during the last 2 weeks. Once I close my browser, then open a new browser I can login successfully.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any ideas on the root cause?
