Intelligent Payment Automation, powered by BILL (formerly Bill.com), lets you automate payments, manage vendor details, and bank account information within NetSuite.
The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

eFax and the black hole of death
I noticed some faxes send from NetSuite weren't making it to their destination (fax machine 24" away from me). As a quick experiment I sent a fax from eFax "Messenger" to determine if there *was* an outtage, would the faxes be queued for reattempts.
20 minutes later the fax from messenger was delivered but the faxes sent from NetSuite never were.
NetSuite's integration (I think) is actually just sending an email to <faxnumber>@efaxsend.com. eFax messenger is probably hitting the fax queue server directly.
So... email method = [NetSuite email server sends email (CC's me)] -> [eFax email server parses email and queues up the fax] -> [eFax fax server sends fax]
