Not receiveing emails from NetSuite
Last Thursday, I was testing saved search email alerts and ended up receiving thousands of emails from Netsuite. Now we are not receiving any emails sent from Net Suite to anyone in our company. Both our ISP and our SAAS Spam filtering, junkemailfilter.com both say they have whitelisted the netledger.com domains.
I am not receiving any bounced emails so it is hard to determine who is actually blocking our incoming email from Netsuite.
How can I get a bounced email so I can see where the email is being bounced? Is there a company setting I can change the email address to receive the bounced emails?
