Tasks not sourcing from parent records (defects, resolutions, zero updates)
After the 2008.1 release our Netsuite instance stopped pulling through case numbers and transaction numbers when a new task was created from a case or transaction (respectively).
I've two open issues for these(don't ask me about the Phone call reference ):
143048 Transactions > Opportunities/ Sales Order > create new Phone call within the transaction > the transaction number missing on the transaction field
143902 Case > New Task > Support Case field is blank, case number and subject does not auto populate
The problem (or not so as it seems) is that our instance has corrected itself, but the issue remains open.
