Ability to continue to sell inactive items?
I seem to be having a problem with inactive items and the ability to still sell/use them.
I originally had a part setup that we used, and it was a non-inventory item for sale. As things progressed this item became something that we build and so I made the item inactive and added a new BOM item with the same part number.
After several months I received a new order from sales, and somehow they can still use the inactive part for sale.
My assumption is that they clicked the MAKE COPY button from an older order and it carried this forward.
