Our Email is broken today
Our Email is broken today. We usually have about 50 emails each by the time we arrive in the morning. Today we had one.
The NS support person sent me a test email and it never arrived and that was 1/2 hour ago. He did get the test email that I sent to him.
We are in 2008.2 and they ran some repairs last night. I'm not sure if something got broken with the upgrade.
We were prompted to change our CNAME yesterday while logging into our NetSuite account. So, we did the CNAME change and our webstore still works today and I don't think that could effect our email ..but it could be related.
