Can't run a "Sales Backorder Report" since Monday
When I try to run a Sales Backorder Report (Reports > Order Management> Sales Backorder Report), it takes for ever and says "Loading Report, Please Wait..." and then after a while I get this message:
"Report Execution Error
This report has timed out. You can choose to run this report for a shorter date/period range or save this report and then schedule it to run in the background.
If you choose to run your report in the background, you will be notified by email when the report is ready for viewing.
Run this report in the background"
I use this report daily and now I can't get it to work. I have been trying since Monday.
